The holiday farm

Agriturismo il Girasole is a farmhouse with pool in San Gimignano and has twenty five hectares between vineyards and olive groves in the rare beauty of Tuscan landscape.
We belong to this evocative atmosphere and our apartments are just face the famous hills overlooking the unmistakable San Gimignano's shape.
A studied rebuilding of the old farm and of the outlying buildings, old themselves, achieved us our purpose: respect and at the same time exalt, thanks to modern technologies of reconstruction, Tuscan rural style, in fact you'll find timbered ceiling beams, traditional cotto flooring and other characteristic stone details.
Externally the Premises is rendered elegant by stairs, to reach each accommodations, by the sheds and the big terrace that admires the hills from the highest point like as you are on a stage and where you'll also find the swimming-pool at exclusive use of our guests.
The other houses are quite distant to consent you to enjoy your privacy far away from intrusive glances.

We want you to have an unforgettable holiday so our apartments are replete of modern conveniences: independent entrance, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, tv color sat, electric fan, mosquito curtains at windows, autonomous heating, furnished sheds, large sunshade with lie down, BBQ, outside spaces for children.

In the big, sunny garden there is the swimming-pool, that, together with the outside area are the ideal frame for relaxing and take some refreshments during the hot Italian summer. It cover an area of 13,5 x 8,5 m. and has an harmonious design and a very rare style in stone and Italian cotto; at one side water skims the board continuously in order, while bathing inside, to have the enchanting point of view of water that seems to blend with the country, you will enjoy the feeling of an unforgettable experience in wich everything is in harmony with you: a simple privilege but unfortunately uncommon in today's lifestyle. Open from April to October.
